We provide shipping across India as well as to international destinations. We have partnered with leading logistics providers to ensure your orders are delivered safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Charges – Within India

Free shipping is available on all orders delivered within India.

Shipping charges will be applicable for bulk gifting orders.
Shipping Charges – International Orders

Free international shipping is available on all orders above ₹40,000 (INR).

On orders less than ₹40,000 (INR), a shipping charge will be applicable. Charges will depend on the weight of the shipment.
Please Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

Dispatch Policy
We understand that you are eager to receive your order as soon as possible.
Our standard dispatch timeline is 1–4 weeks, as many of our products are handcrafted or made to order.

Ready-to-Wear (Pret) pieces: Usually dispatched within 2 weeks.

Embellished and custom-made products: May take up to 4 weeks for dispatch.
You will receive order updates, including dispatch and shipping details, via the email address provided while placing your order.

Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code.
International Orders

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen delays caused by our logistics partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. In such cases, our Customer Support team will work closely with the logistics provider to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Dusala has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or guarantee the amount that may be applicable, as customs regulations vary from country to country.
